Prior to that, Dave spent 18 years at Takeda where he ultimately became the Head of Process Research and globalized his vision and CMC strategy for early development programs and manufacturing partnerships. Earlier in his career, Dave honed his process research and development skills at Neurocrine Biosciences and Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he developed scalable chemical processes, managed technology transfers, and led cross-functional teams.
